    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I stand to oppose the proposed amendment. If you look at the recommendation which is proposed to be deleted, according to me, this is the core of this Report. It is true from the Report that Mr. Kimunya went to the Committee on 21st May and told the Committee that Grand Regency Hotel had not been sold yet on 8th of the same month, which is two weeks before, the Central Bank of Kenya had already received part payment for the hotel. At the time, when Mr. Kimunya appeared before the Committee, they realised that already a sale agreement had been signed. That amounts, to me, mis-informing the Committee and it requires sever reprimands."
