    "content": "Mr. Kimunya is a reputable accountant having been the chairman of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (CPAK). Mr. Kimunya should have known that in accounts, the moment you receive money for sale of an asset, you will automatically, in your books, credit the asset account. You will debit your account with money and treat any money outstanding as receivables. In which case, as accountants, we deal with the substance and not the legal form.
