It is actually very legitimate but, then, the information you have recited, unfortunately, I was not seized of it. I did not have it, neither did my lead Clerk- at-the-Table have it. So, that is the kind of situation that we find ourselves in. I am tempted to accord the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance time until Thursday next week, so that he comes to offer an explanation as to why he has not complied with directions given by the Chair last week for him to answer this Question today, and for us to be able to determine how best to deal with his conduct."
