    "content": "For example, in Parliament, I think we contribute 5 per cent of our basic pay and Parliament contributes 15 per cent. So, if everything was grossed up, we would actually be the beneficiaries. We will not miss everything. So, this is one point I have been saying that we need to reform our salary structures. It should be for everybody and not just for teachers. We must accept that the President being the head of the Public Service, nobody should earn more than him. We also need some safeguards. We should say that between the lowest and the highest salary, it should not be more than 20 and 30 per cent. Those should be the guidelines. If we do that, then we will benefit."
