    "content": " Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I stand to support the Report, because it is very good. We have copies in the Ministry and we have looked at it. It is a very well done piece of work. We will remember that last year, in the second term, 290 schools out of a total of 5,600 secondary schools had unrest and strikes. So, it was a major problem for us in the Ministry. We went out and collected information to try and find out the problem that the unrest was related to. Our findings and the findings in this Report, are not far apart. In fact, what they have included and highlighted in the Report are basically the same things that we noted as problems in our schools."
