    "content": "We have come up with the \"School as a Safe Zone Programme\". This has been implemented in a number of district schools in ten districts. The programme, \"School as Safe Zone\" for our children, has revealed that we need one another. We need parents, teachers and stakeholders to ensure that schools are safe for the youth. In fact, we have come up with a national school safety manual, which is now in print. It is to be launched very soon."
