    "content": "You will agree with me that before community policing was introduced, whenever one saw a policeman he or she would run away. In order for us to get information from the ground, it is better for us to bring the community policing, so that we will also know those who are thugs and robbers within the area. It is working very well throughout the country. As I speak, crime rate has gone down and it is still continuing to do so, except for areas prone to cattle rustling. I must accept that we need to do a lot more in those areas. But this is because the cattle rustling itself has become a cartel. But sooner or later, we will unearth the cartel."
