    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, community policing is a new concept in this country. Using members of the community policing team as only a source of information is not sufficient enough to create ownership or get a good connection between the community and the security team. In the districts, for instance, we always see the district security teams as exclusive organs that make decisions that even affect communities at times. Could the Assistant Minister tell this House the extent to which they are able to integrate, particularly the chairmen of community policing, in making critical security decisions in the districts?"
