    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, according to the rules of this House, a Minister would be found grossly out of order if he gives falsehoods to the House. The Assistant Minister, besides the camp he is talking about, has also said that he gave this hon. Member a vehicle. This is not the only time he has said that he has given MPs vehicles. Is this Assistant Minister in order to mislead this House, not only now, but previously too, by declaring that he has given and will give vehicles to MPs when we know that he has not done that? Will I be in order to move that we name this Assistant Minister because of that kind of behaviour?"
