    "content": "So, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to plead and urge this House to pass this Motion. That is because by the end of the day, we are talking about 3,000 councillors! The same way we are taking care of our teachers and nurses, let us remember that those are local leaders who are really respected. They are the only other group of people - the third group that is elected directly. We have the President, then hon. Members of Parliament and then the Councillors. Let us have something for them!"
