    "content": "There are areas, for example, Kwale, Tana River and Lamu, where councillors work very hard. They have a real problem when it comes to transport. Otherwise, day in, day out, they make sure that services are rendered in time. For us, hon. Members, half of the week we are not in our constituencies. The councillors are the people who are at the grassroots. These are the leaders who know exactly what is happening with our people. So, we should all support this Motion for the benefit of the councillors in our areas."
