"content": "On that note, I would like to say that, life deals very interesting cards. Cap.265 was first amended by one very powerful Minister for Local Government in this country. Life has played a very interesting card. The amendment made by that powerful Minister is what messed up the local authorities. They are the things that enable officers to take over local authorities, loot them dry and become unable to pay councillors their allowances. Life has played a very interesting card that now the offspring of that very powerful Local Government Minister is the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Local Government. He now has the responsibility of correcting the wrongs and cleaning up the mess that his father left."
