    "content": "Tea farmers also suffer from the effects of exchange rates. That is because at tea auctions, the tea is sold in foreign currency. There is great need to ensure that farmers are safeguarded by putting in what we call the guaranteed minimum return so that, at any one time, tea farmers can be able to get the very minimum return to cover the cost of production of that tea."
