    "content": "I want to join my colleagues who have said here that they have gone to school, courtesy of the tea industry. It is about time that we really assisted our farmers. We really have to look critically at the problems that our farmers are going through. Due to this, I strongly support that Cap.343 of the Tea Act must be amended. If we must help our farmers, it must be amended because our farmers are not benefitting out of it."
