    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to also talk about the calibre of directors in the tea factories that we have. Many at times, we do not have qualified directors to run those factories. I think it is important that we set the minimum qualifications for the kind of directors who come in because we need directors who understand what they are doing in order to help the farmers. We must have people who have knowledge. The number of directors must also be regulated rather than having so many directors who just go there to \"eat\" and not help farmers. The same applies to the KTDA. The KTDA is supposed to be totally decentralised. In fact, we should have several KTDAs or something like that which governs, controls and markets the produce of tea."
