    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, still on the KTDA, it is, obviously, impossible to imagine of Kenya in terms of these other sectors before liberalisation. We remember that before we allowed other players in the areas of mobile telephone, the fuel industry, and many other areas, the costs of these products were very high due to lack of competition. So, it is obvious that if we allow other players to compete with the KTDA, the KTDA will be forced to be more efficient and more responsive to the market. That way, the people will benefit, and more so, the farmer."
