    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I also wish to note that there are very many huge companies in the tea industry. In particular, Kericho has very huge companies. Until very recently, many of these companies were in the hands of foreigners. There is a deliberate attempt to try and make them to be, at least, locally owned. I think we need to encourage local Kenyans to venture into that, as well as small scale farming, which has also taken root in much of those areas."
