    "content": "I want to indicate that the quality of directors that we have for the tea factories has also been wanting. There is need to set the minimum standards for a director to be elected, so that they have the capacity that will enable farmers to get earnings as expected. The marketing chain is exploitative. There is need for the factories to ensure that they follow it up all the way to the consumer. It is possible for the factories, as limited companies--- Like other businesses within the country, the factories are capable of selling tea out there as independent units; after all, they are limited liability companies. There is no need for the agent to take control, of the limited companies, to the extent that they have no knowledge about the prices or the consumers of our tea."
