    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, some of my colleagues have talked about the Government's subsidies in the tea sector. I want to support this because the farm inputs such as fertilizers and the fuel required in the production of tea is far too high. When these inputs are added together, they only reduce the earnings for the farmer. The farmer will only increase his earnings if there is support for him in terms of subsidies on inputs."
