    "content": "I want to support my colleagues who said that the Kenya Tea Development Agency (KTDA) needs restructuring. Yes, the KTDA has served farmers well. That is one of the things we must accept. Among the Government Parastatals, KTDA is among those which have played their part. What needs to be done is to look at other ways in which they can be supported or restructured, so that whatever they do, the farmer benefits much more than at present. The KTDA is owned by farmers."
