    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I wish to thank the Assistant Minister for giving a honest answer. The Assistant Minister, in part “b” of his answer, has said that he has set aside Kshs2 million to extend the pipeline from Endao to Kampi ya Samaki Township, which is five kilometres away. That translates to about 1,000 pipes of two-and-half to three inches. Is the Assistant Minister satisfied that the Kshs2 million he has set aside is adequate to salvage the people of Kampi ya Samaki who have had serious problems of flourosis and diseases like shtuka for a very long time?"
