"content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I want to take this opportunity to thank the district security team in Naivasha. I got a small accident last night and they quickly attended to us. They were all on the scene, including the District Commissioner and the Officer Commanding Police Division (OCPD). It is a wonderful team. But listening to the Assistant Minister, he has just said that in terms of reporting OCPDs or PPOs who do not really tell us whether they have fuel or no fuel, borders on intimidation honestly. He has said that they have doubled fuel."
