    "content": "On the Governor of the CBK, the Committee recommends that he be reprimanded. The Committee further recommends that the CBK moves swiftly to take control of all the money that was in the Grand Regency Hotel. I think that is now water under the bridge. I do not know whether they have done that because there was Kshs342 million at the time the hotel was being transferred and that money has never been accounted for. I am sure that we will have to demand that it be accounted for."
