    "content": "This Report does not help me; it will not help anyone who will look at it to know how the Grand Regency Hotel was sold; hence, I would urge that this House finds this Report incomplete, unsatisfactory and not measuring to our expectations. It will be a big disservice to this House if this Report is adopted and forms part of the archives of this House, because it will be lowering the dignity of the House. That is why I said that I was rising to defend the dignity and integrity of this House, so that it is not used as a platform for people to settle political scores on their behalf."
