    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have laid on the Table of the House a copy of Petition No.113 of 2006, High Court of Kenya, Nairobi. This is a petition between the Standard Limited as the first petitioner and Baraza Limited is listed as the second petitioner. The first respondent is the Attorney-General, the second respondent is the Commissioner of Police and the third respondent is the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security. That was the evidence I was supposed to produce because I did not have it the last time I attempted to answer this Question. I had to consult the relevant authorities."
