"content": "On a point of order, Mr. Speaker, Sir. The Question which is being asked by the hon. Member has to do with how many people have been arrested. It is not the Assistant Minister who has taken Baraza Limited to court. It is Baraza Limited which has taken the Ministry to court. So, he needs to answer this Question. Furthermore, you know how the Press is dealing with Parliament because they think some of the laws we are enacting here will allow this kind of action to be taken by the Assistant Minister! We want to confirm that this was illegal and had nothing to do with the law."
