Could the Assistant Minister confirm to this House that, in fact, as a result of the activities that this Question addresses, a Committee of this House investigated the issue? Among the findings of that Committee, whose report was tabled in this House, was that the raid was done by the Government. It was so confirmed by Mr. Michuki who was serving then as the Minister of State for Provincial Administration and Internal Security and as contained in the Report that was laid on the Table of this House by hon. Muite who was the Chair of the Committee then. Could the Chair confirm that?"
