Is the Assistant Minister in order to tell this House that discussions are on to resolve the impasse which is there between the Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) and the Government, yet the Government has closed the door and refused to negotiate with teachers? Now, we know that there is a stalemate and our children are suffering at home. Is he in order to mislead this House that the Government is doing anything other than embracing scandals?"
