    "content": "During the one year that the Fund has been operational, a number of challenges which hinder prompt disbursement have been identified. These included; lack of details of the applicant's bank account, inappropriate type of activities for which the loans are sought, submission of application forms by certain groups without recommendation by the Divisional Women Enterprise Fund Committees as required, failure to meet some of the requirements for accessing loans through micro-finance institutions examples are; lack of collateral as required by some of the institutions and having to save a certain amount of money before qualifying for the loans."
