Members to acquaint themselves with the provisions of the Standing Orders and it states clearly in black and white that if you raise a false point of order, then you are out of order. It is so unequivocal. I mean, there is no doubt about it and we must begin to apply the rules. As far as I am concerned, the learning period is over! We have done more than a year and we must now learn to live within the rules. I will apply them."
