    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, while in America, we formed part of the great exuberance of the world in celebrating the ascension to power of President Barack Obama. Before I left here, I called the Press and made it clear that the tradition of the United States is that they never invite official delegations from any country including Canada, which is their neighbour, to attend the inauguration of their Heads of State. We were going to participate in major events which we did. One, there was a major delegation from Kenya to join our brothers and sisters in the United States to celebrate this great event."
