    "content": "I was able to meet the Assistant Secretary of State for the simple reason that my counterpart, the Secretary of State, had not been sworn in, so she was not in office. We discussed regional issues including the implementation of the CPA Southern Sudan, the problems of Somalia including piracy, the problems of Congo which Kenya is chairing and how the new leadership in the USA can join this region in bringing peace, security and development in the region."
