    "content": "We commend the many police officers who approach their duty with diligence, who respect their oath of office, who uphold the law and safeguard the best interests of the country. But we are also aware that among them are rogue officers, who are putting the police force and other state security agencies into disrepute. It is, therefore, important that we soberly approach the recommendations in the Waki Report so as to do what is best and in the interests of the country. But the message is very clear: Change must come and nobody will be spared. Nobody should expect to remain in their comfort zones, whether the police force, the National Assembly where we sit, the Executive or even the Judiciary. It is time for reforms, and all institutions must give way."
