    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I want to note with appreciation that before we went on recess, Parliament passed the International Crimes Bill, which is one of the things that had been recommended by Justice Waki's Commission. I would also like to appreciate that the Witness Protection Act is already operational. But it is important that, as Government, we look into it to see that it is fully utilized for protection of witnesses in all cases. We also have the duty to ensure that the Freedom of Information Bill is enacted. The work of the Tribunal and all the other reform work cannot be successful where there is no free flow of information."
