    "content": "I would also like to draw Members' attention to the recommendations that all persons holding public office and public servants charged with criminal offences related to post-election violence, are required, under this Report, to be suspended from duty from the date that they are charged until the matter is finalised, and that upon conviction, any person charged with post-election violence offences of any nature, should be barred from holding any public office or contesting any electoral position."
