    "content": " Thank you, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I rise to support and second this Motion. I wish to congratulate the Waki Commission for a job well done. I cannot shy away from associating myself with Justice Waki. We were together at the university, when we were young men and women of ideals. That was not the end of the association. We were in the same law class. While at the university, the Students' Union used to have a fully-fledged government which was operational within the campus. I was President of that organization and Justice Waki was my Minister for Information and Communication. So, he has not let down that group of students who were with him at the university."
