The Constitution alone will not see this country out of the problems we have encountered. The problem is ignorance of the law. People are stealing others property. There is cattle rustling going on and so on. We have completely failed to tell our people that there are laws in this country which need to be respected. We tend to baptise every criminal activity that takes place in this country."
