    "content": "The violence we witnessed across this country was not the first time it occurred. Every election year since 1992, we have had the recurrence of this very ugly violence that has turned communities against each other and that has targeted certain communities. It indeed, poses a great challenge to us as a House and as the present leadership of this country that we need to do something. It will not just end with what has been recommended here, but it will take the will of all of us to decide to live together as Kenyans."
