    "content": "We need to do something if we are to change the future of this country by, first of all, addressing the plight of the youth. We need to give hope to the youth of this country. We must empower them. So far, we have had the practice of tokenism; giving them a little something through the Youth Enterprise Development Fund which has not had major impact. This will not change their situation. We need to squarely address this and see how we can turn this huge resource into a great asset. Right now, it is a menace to this country. It is something that as we think about implementation, we must address and see how we can give this country a brighter tomorrow."
