    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, the issue of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) is also causing tension among the families and also on the land. As we stand here, the IDPs are still vulnerable. They are still living on the roadsides. There are others who are living with their families in tents. There are others who have even lost the desire to live! It is important, therefore, that those who planned, executed and really supervised the whole violence must be found and made to go through the process that we intend to create. Justice and fairness must be exercised in the whole process."
