    "content": "Therefore, I want to plead with the President, as the leader of this country - because Kenyans voted for him to lead this country - and together with the Prime Minister now that we have a Coalition Government, to provide the necessary political leadership required in order to ensure that this Report is implemented to the letter. If that is not done then, perhaps, Kenyans must find a way of communicating with the President of the United States of America to also provide the necessary checks, balances and the necessary pressure that will be required to push the political class to implement this Report.
