    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I will take exactly one minute and a half or two minutes, but it would have been a big disadvantage to me not to stand and support that we adopt this Report, because it is very well known that my constituency was home to very many people, who landed there because of what happened after the elections. We know that in 1992, 1997, 2002 and during the elections of 2007 clashes-related activities affected our people in the whole Republic. It is very well known that there is some connection between elections and the violence that occurred during those years. For us to be able to overcome this once and for all, I think the very best thing we can do is to implement the recommendations of the Commission of Inquiry into Post-election Violence."
