    "content": "Parliament has a duty to end impunity by passing the Special Tribunal relating to the election violence and also moving to pass other legislation that will help end impunity in all areas. We must bring accountability to every individual who works for the public to ensure they perform their duties in an upright manner. Whether it is in the security forces, Parliament where we are, or in any other institution, we must end impunity, and this is a good beginning. We know that election violence has become cyclic in this country since 1992. We need to end it and pave way for a country where we respect the rights of each other."
