    "content": "THAT, in view of the worrying trend of entrenchment of nepotism favouritism and lack of fair, transparent and balanced recruitment of all cadres of all public service, bearing in mind that legal remedies for ensuring this balance are limited, this House grants leave to introduce a Bill entitled \"The Equal Opportunity Bill\" to provide for fair, transparent and balanced recruitment, devoid of nepotism, favouritism or unfair ethnic consideration to the public sector, and for matters incidental thereto and connected therewith."
