    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have heard the Minister well. He has said that the answer was prepared in anticipation of Parliament opening in March. However, I want to draw the attention of the House to the fact that the same answer was given on 18th December, last. As of yesterday morning, the cheque had not been received despite the fact that the Minister had indicated that the payments had been forwarded to the DC's office. That was clear misleading of the House. Would I be in order to request that this matter be deferred so that I can first confirm if this cheque has been delivered?"
