    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, the hon. Member well knows that according to the Central Bank Act which we have passed in this House, the Governor does enjoy security of tenure. Indeed, I think he continues to perform his duties in accordance with his mandate. The issues that are currently facing the Kenyan economic are not specific to the Kenyan economy. They are also being felt by our neighbours and, indeed, the world at large. I do believe that, all of us working together, we shall be able to find a solution and continue with our economic agenda."
