    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to inform the hon. Member that we made the request and we are waiting. The project will be launched anytime soon. Eng. Rege and I were there and we witnessed what is happening in Sondu Miriu. As I have said, currently we are generating 60 megawatts out of the project. The only part which is remaining is ceremonial, which is the official handing over of the plant to the Kenyan Government by the Japanese Government. I want to assure the House that, that will be done as soon as possible."
