If Buseki is not a miller and they bought the maize in contravention of the law, that is why we have the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), Inspectorate of State Corporations and the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), to ascertain that these people bought maize fraudulently so that they can face the law. The list is here and the names are there. So, I do not think hon. Kioni needs to worry about this."
