    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I now beg to respond to the specific issues raised by Mr. Ngugi, the first one being the amount of fuel that was available in the country between October, 2008 and January, 2009. During this period, 480,000 metric tonnes of crude petroleum products were imported in fixed shipments of 80,000 tonnes for refining at the KPR Limited. In addition, another shipment of 80,000 metric tonnes of crude oil is scheduled to arrive on 24th January, 2009, which is two days from today."
