I have written to both the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC), the Commissioner of Police and the Director of the Criminal Investigations Department (CID) requesting them to carry out thorough and comprehensive investigations and to interrogate all those involved, either in the KPC, M/s Triton or any other organisation, with a view to arresting and prosecuting all those found to have been involved in this fraud."
